The thought behind Hosfriend, is to make frequent hospital visits less overwhelming and much easier for patients (suffering from chronic (long time) illnesses) and their families. At HosFriend, we understand how demanding and emotionally exhausting it can be to care for someone who requires frequent hospital visits. Life doesn’t pause when a loved one needs regular and frequent checkups, treatments, or therapies. Many people struggle to get the help they need when visiting hospitals, whether it is easily accessible, safe and reliable transportation or just a reassuring companion. The primary objective of the company is to help such patients, and their families, overcome the practical and logistical hurdles in receiving vital treatment. Whether it's an elderly parent, a recovering patient, or someone with limited mobility, we’re here to ensure that no one misses out on the care they deserve. The Issue at the Heart of Our Work
In today's world, advancements in medical technology have significantly extended life expectancy. However, the rise in chronic illnesses such as Cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), etc. has created a challenging situation for individuals aged 45-60 years (the Young-old!). They face the dual responsibility of caring for their own dependent children while navigating demanding careers, and at the same time, providing support to their aging parents aged 60 years and above (the Old-old!).
Many of these seniors suffer from chronic illnesses that require prolonged treatments and frequent hospital visits. The Young-old often struggle to balance their time and resources, as their elderly dependents require their constant presence, both for transportation to and from medical appointments and for attending to them during hospital stays.
At HosFriend, we understand how emotionally and logistically challenging this can be. Whether it’s helping a parent get to their doctor’s appointment safely or ensuring they have caring support during their time at the hospital, we’re here to ease that burden.

Transportation And Companion (Attendant) Services
Full Day Service
Hospital Visit with Companion – Full Day
Includes round-trip transportation with a trained Companion who stays with the patient both as a travel companion as well as the hospital attendant for an extended visit (up to 8 hours).
Half Day Service
Hospital Visit with Companion – Half Day
Includes round-trip transportation with a trained Companion who stays with the patient both as a travel companion as well as the hospital attendant for up to 4 hours.
Round Trip Transportation Only
Round-Trip Transportation with Companion (No Hospital Attending)
Pick-up and drop service with a Companion traveling alongside the patient, but without staying at the hospital.
Hospital Drop Only
One-Way Trip from Home to Hospital with Companion
Only pick-up from home and drop at the hospital, with a trained Companion accompanying the patient during the journey.
Home Drop Only
One-Way Trip from Hospital to Home with Companion
Only pick-up from the hospital and drop at home, with a trained Companion accompanying the patient during the journey.

IMPORTANT: HosFriend DOES NOT provide Emergency Services or Homecare Services. HosFriend is a NON-emergency support service designed to assist patients with hospital visits and related transportation and companionship needs.

All the trained Chauffeurs (Drivers) and Companions are company’s Full-Time Permanent Employees.
Brand new well-equipped cars
- All cars used for the transportation services are brand new and belong to the company.
- For the patient’s comfort each car is equipped with Mineral water, Wheelchair, Blanket, Neck Pillow, Tissues, Sickness Bag, Umbrella, Torch, Mobile Charger, Trash Bin etc.
- For the patient’s safety each car is equipped with GPS and Dash cams with Live Video Streaming to our Command Center and continuous Recording of Front and Inside Cabin views.
- They are also equipped with First-Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher.
Service Quality and Reliability
All Staff being company’s Full-time Permanent Employees and all assets being brand new and company owned, it allows us to deliver Quality Service with Safety and Reliability.

We are a dedicated team of professionals deeply committed to make those hospital visits easier and less stressful. Our mission is to stand by patients and families during hospital visits, offering reliable, compassionate, and professional support when it’s needed most. We will be there with them when no one else can.
Our team includes trained Companions, experienced Chauffeurs, and attentive Relationship Managers who work together to provide comprehensive support for hospital visits. Every staff member is a full-time employee and undergoes appropriate training in patient care, BLS (Basic Life Support), and customer service.
